How do I use it?

To use the Clearity ear cleaning tool:

  1. Attach the soft rubber tip to the end of the tool.
  2. Press the button to switch it on; it will enter pairing mode.
  3. Download the app mentioned in the manual.
  4. Open your Wi-Fi settings and select the relevant name stated in the manual.
  5. Once connected to your phone, you can start cleaning your ears.

Yes, Clearity is compatible with any smartphone. Simply download our free app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone.

How often should I replace the Ear Tips?

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months, depending on usage frequency.

What is the usual delivery time?
